A BRAIN-BASED APPROACH
I have been working with Lee on and off for well over a decade, initially with the NeuroLeadership Institute (formerly Results Coaching Systems), and later when she embarked on her own endeavour, The Academy of Brain-based Leadership. It is always a pleasure, and we are very much on the same page, so to speak! The past few months has seen me working with Lee to design/create and finalise an extensive leader training toolkit, including facilitation and support documents, for a comprehensive series of targeted team and 1:1 training sessions. This incredible toolkit is soon to be available for purchase from their website.

I believe that good design is a fine balance between simplicity and creativity, and it is this balance that you will find in my work. I also see the creative process as shared and collaborative journey, which calls for transparent communication and quick understanding between all involved – and, more importantly, clear and unshifting focus on end-user experience.
