- Affordable homes for sale and rent
Living Lets operates as a build-to-let landlord. We build new residential accommodation to let to those on a total household income of £17,500+ pa. In order to subsidise rentals, we sell a proportion of each scheme at prices that are significantly below the market rate for new developments.

- Innovative solutions to London's housing problems
By building on small or technically challenging plots, and using modern construction methods involving pre-fabrication and modularity, we are able to pass cost savings on to buyers and tenants.

- Design-oriented, lifestyle living
Our homes are designed to suit a modern, metropolitan lifestyle. Proximity to public transport is central to every scheme. Each development is designed to be energy efficient, environmentally responsible, and is built to lifetime standards. Natural, sustainable, materials are used as appropriate.
